حسم بيير إيميريك أوباميانج، لاعب فريق تشيلسي، موقفه من الانتقال إلى الدوري السعودي في موسم الانتقالات الصيفية الحالي.

وكان الجابوني ضمن اللاعبين المرشحين للانتقال إلى المملكة العربية السعودية، هذا الصيف.

وذكرت صحيفة “ديلي ميل” الإنجليزية أن أوباميانج غير مهتم بفكرة الانتقال إلى الدوري السعودي للمحترفين، روشن.

وأوضحت أن قرار أوباميانج يأتي رغم تلقي تشيلسي عرضًا بقيمة 6 ملايين جنيه إسترليني من نادِ سعودي، حيث إن إدارة الجانب اللندني حريصة على قبوله.

وأشارت إلى أنه بالرغم من ذلك، فإن أوباميانج لا يرغب في الانتقال إلى الدوري السعودي، رغم أنه يود في الوقت نفسه مغادرة تشيلسي.

وأفادت أن أوباميانج يضغط من أجل مغادرة تشيلسي بشروطه الخاصة، بعدما كان يأمل في البداية أن يحاول برشلونة إعادة التعاقد معه.

ولم يتحقق ذلك، ويُقال إن أوباميانج يجذب اهتمام الدوري الأمريكي، بعدما ارتبط سابقًا بخطوة الانتقال إلى نادي لوس أنجلوس في فبراير الماضي.

ولا يزال أوباميانج يأمل في أن يسمح له تشيلسي بالمغادرة مجانًا، رغم أنه لا يزال يمتلك عامًا آخر في عقده.

Mohammad Ashraful was the elephant in the room when the ICC and BCB were making their announcements on match-fixing. Though he was not named, and there was no official confirmation from the ICC that he was among the nine individuals charged with alleged violation of the Bangladesh Cricket Board’s anti-corruption code during the 2013 Bangladesh Premier League, he was present in every other way – and had met the officials earlier in the day.The player said he had received a letter from the ICC’s Anti-Corruption and Security Unit (ACSU) officials when he met them early in the morning at the hotel where the ACSU are staying and where the ICC-BCB press conference was held in the afternoon.The ICC CEO Dave Richardson was pressed a number of times during the press conference to name the nine individuals but he didn’t budge. However, he said that the disciplinary tribunal could find Ashraful’s confession and cooperation as “mitigating factors”.”In any disciplinary proceedings where the accused show remorse, tell the truth or cooperate with the inquiry, [these] are mitigating factors which the disciplinary tribunal can take into account in determining an appropriate punishment,” Richardson said. “That would apply to Ashraful as all the other individuals who may be charged.”Ashraful, speaking to reporters at same hotel, said the ASCU had handed him papers detailing what he’d revealed to them earlier. “They have given us these papers,” Ashraful said, pointing to the envelope in his hand. “The same papers are supposed to be given to the BCB. The papers basically contain what I have said to them.”I have helped the ICC, and will try to help them in the future. I have spoken from my guilty conscience, so I told the ACSU I want to return to cricket as soon as possible. The next step requires me to have a lawyer. The board won’t help, because they need to stay in a safe position.”Ashraful had said earlier that the ICC respected his honesty and that he looked forward to see the other individuals charged to come out clean. “They did appreciate me, because not many come forward with the truth,” Ashraful said. “I do hope those guilty will come out with the truth.”However, Ashraful’s reported disclosure of his involvement in match-fixing and spot-fixing in international games in 2004, 2010 and 2012 is yet to be investigated, after the BCB said last month that it would be.Richardson clarified that the current investigation applied only to the BPL. “This investigation will be specific to allegations of fixing and attempts to fix matches in BPL 2013,” Richardson said. “If other incidents do get unearthed, we will decide at a later stage whether those need to be prosecuted further.”

The prize, which is for the best sporting event held at a stadium, arena or major sports venue in 2012, was announced at the 2013 Stadium Business Awards in Manchester on Friday.The SCG became only the third venue to host 100 Tests when Australia thrashed India by an innings and 68 runs in January 2012. The match was also notable for Michael Clarke’s unbeaten 329 and centuries to Ricky Ponting and Michael Hussey.The judging panel, in delivering its decision, said: “Proving that it’s not just new venues – or one-off events – that define a venue’s ‘greatness’ but fundamentally it’s about longevity. When we talk about stadiums have a lifespan of 20-30 years these days, it took SCG 130 years to reach its landmark 100th Test – a milestone event (shared by very few other venues) that’s a deserved winner.”The SCG is in good company, for the past two winners of the same award were the FIFA World Cup final in South Africa and the UEFA Champions League final at Wembley Stadium.

O duelo

Ciente da superioridade técnica em relação ao adversário, o Grêmio acelerou o jogo desde os primeiros minutos. Com certa tranquilidade para trabalhar a bola na intermediária, o Tricolor tomou conta do meio campo e rondava a grande área do VEC.

O gol parecia questão de tempo e ele veio aos 27 minutos. Após cruzamento da esquerda, Marinho se antecipou a marcação e cabeceou para o fundo das redes.

Com a vantagem, o Tricolor diminuiu o ritmo e começou a controlar o jogo. Enquanto isso, o VEC demonstrava dificuldade na criação e não gerava nenhum perigo em relação ao adversário.

Na etapa final o ritmo do jogo continuou o mesmo. O time de Renato Gaúcho tomava conta das ações e não dava respiro ao rival.

Aos 9 minutos a estrela de Marinho brilhou mais uma vez. O atacante desceu com a bola pela direita e cruzou. Ninguém desviou, o goleiro Reynaldo demorou a reagir e a pelota morreu no fundo do gol.

Com a vitória praticamente definida, o Grêmio começou a jogar na velocidade de treino e apenas administrou o resultado. Por outro lado, o VEC até arriscou algumas jogadas e levou perigo em chute de Juba, que parou na defesa de Paulo Victor.

No último lance, ainda deu tempo de Montoya receber com liberdade na lateral da grande área e achar Matheus Henrique, que chutou forte e o zagueiro do VEC mandou para escanteio.
