بدأ نادي برشلونة التخطيط من أجل التعاقد مع صفقات جديدة خلال فترة الانتقالات الصيفية في يونيو 2023 لتدعيم صفوف الفريق الأول لكرة القدم.

نجح برشلونة في ضم أكثر من لاعب في الميركاتو الصيفي الماضي بطلب من المدير الفني، تشافي هيرنانديز، ولكن الإدارة لن تتوقف عن الدعم في المستقبل إذا لزم الأمر.

وبحسب صحيفة “سبورت” الكتالونية فإن المدير الفني يريد الحصول على ظهير أيمن جديد رغم التعاقد مع هيكتور بيليرين من آرسنال ولكنه لم يفرض نفسه على الفريق ويغيب بسبب الإصابة في الوقت الحالي.

وفقًا للتقرير، وضع برشلونة عينه على ظهير أيمن مانشستر يونايتد ومنتخب البرتغال، ديوجو دالوت، كخيار أول لتدعيم هذا المركز.

ينتهي عقد دالوت مع مانشستر يونايتد في 30 يونيو 2023، ولكن يمتلك النادي الإنجليزي خيار التمديد لموسم آخر وهو ما قد يصعب الصفقة.

بالإضافة إلى هذا الخيار أمام مانشستر يونايتد إلا أن هناك عقبة أخرى أمام برشلونة وهي رغبة يوفنتوس وميلان في ضم دالوت بالمجان أيضًا نظرًا لعمره (23 عامًا) وإمكانياته الفنية.

في الصيف الماضي، كانت هناك مفاوضات بين برشلونة ومانشستر يونايتد لإبرام صفقة تبادلية ولكن في النهاية فشلت لأن مدرب الفريق الإنجليزي، إريك تين هاج، رفض التنازل عن دالوت في مقابل ضم، سيرجينيو ديست، الذي رحل لميلان بعد ذلك.

A source ‘close’ to the 34-year-old told the outlet that Conte has personally contacted Vidal over a possible move to Tottenham.

Having always wanted to play in England and the Premier League, it is believed that the veteran midfielder is actually open to joining the north London club as he eyes a potential switch.

The source explained to La Tercera:

“His former Inter coach, Antonio Conte, contacted the player to find out his availability to arrive in London.

“Arturo (Vidal) has always wanted to play in England and the option of arriving in London is something that he does not dislike either.”

The Verdict: Wrong move?

The €160,192-per-week ace (£135,000) is a big name, having been playing at the top level for years and even earning rave reviews from Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola when they worked together at Bayern Munich.

Conte himself has spoke publicly of his admiration for Vidal, calling him ‘fantastic’ back in 2017 during the coach’s spell across London with Chelsea.

However, given his age, lack of sell-on value and the fact that Spurs already have two very capable centre-midfielders in Oliver Skipp and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, we advise the club to give this one a miss.

Tottenham arguably have bigger priorities in the hunt for a new defender and alternative striker to Harry Kane, with Paratici needing to invest his transfer kitty wisely.

Bangladesh have omitted Mashrafe Mortaza from the squad for next month’s tri-series at home, despite his being named in the preliminary squad. Mortaza failed to recover from his knee injury and Shakib Al Hasan will lead the side with wicketkeeper Mushfiqur Rahim as his deputy. The squad also features two former ICL players, opener Shahriar Nafees and batsman Aftab Ahmed, and a fresh face in fast bowler Shafiul Islam.Mortaza damaged his knee during the first Test on the tour of West Indies in July. What’s the latest?

That’s according to a claim made by Kieran Devlin, with The Athletic journalist revealing in a recent Q&A that, after pushing back the 28-year-old’s predicted return date a number of times already, the club are no longer putting a timeframe on exactly when they believe the former France under-20 international will be back in action.

Devlin added that Jullien’s recovery from the injury he suffered in December 2020 has gone extremely poorly, also suggesting that he is none the wiser as to when the centre-back could potentially step back onto the Parkhead pitch.

In response to a fan asking for an update on the defender, the journalist said: “Return date kept getting pushed back and pushed back, and now there’s no estimated return date anymore. Think the club just didn’t want to put a date on it anymore, so [I’m] uncertain when he might be back. His recovery from the injury last December has just gone really, really poorly.”

Postecoglou will be fuming

However, with Devlin suggesting that the Frenchman is still some way off being ready for a return to first team football, Postecoglou has no other choice but to continue getting by without the centre-back, whose return to action is undoubtedly a case of the sooner the better for the Bhoys.

Membros da diretoria do Palmeiras, porém, têm outra versão. Ainda de acordo com pessoas do clube, o auxiliar de Mano, Sidney Lobo, chegou a telefonar para o diretor do Verdão para intermediar as conversas. O otimismo era muito grande na Academia de Futebol.

A reclamação é de que Mano demonstrou interesse de acertar e depois disse publicamente que foi procurado enquanto negociava com a Raposa – Alexandre Mattos, durante todo esse período, declarava que só se movimentaria para contratá-lo se não houvesse acordo em Minas.

O diretor do Palmeiras não quis se pronunciar após a renovação de Mano com o Cruzeiro. Sonho de consumo de Mattos desde sua chegada ao clube, em 2015, o técnico agora é tratado como assunto do passado.

Só que Mano não era apenas o plano A quando Cuca foi demitido. Era praticamente o único plano. Com a impossibilidade de contratá-lo, paralelamente às três vitórias consecutivas no Brasileirão, Alberto Valentim ganhou força. Ainda mais porque os jogadores têm feito campanha por sua efetivação, assim como conselheiros próximos ao presidente Maurício Galiotte. Hoje, é considerado internamente o favorito.

Mas Mattos prefere agir com cautela. Ele quer analisar o rendimento da equipe nas rodadas finais do Brasileirão antes de tomar uma decisão sobre a permanência do auxiliar e não descarta ir ao mercado. Um nome que agrada e pode ganhar força é o de Roger Machado, que chegou a conversar com o Palmeiras antes da chegada de Eduardo Baptista e está sem clube desde que deixou o Atlético-MG. Michel Macedo sabe que concorre a uma das vagas mais difíceis no Corinthians. Michel foi contratado pelo Corinthians em outubro do ano passado, quando estava livre no mercado após o término do seu vínculo com o Las Palmas (ESP). Ele só pôde ficar à disposição para as partidas nesta temporada e atuou em três jogos (vitórias por 1 a 0 sobre Oeste e Botafogo-SP, pelo Paulistão, e empate por 1 a 1 com o Santos, em amistoso na pré-temporada).

Nesta entrevista ao LANCE!, Michel também comentou sobre a evolução do Corinthians nos últimos jogos e disse estar bem fisicamente após ter uma lesão na coxa direita ainda no fim de janeiro. Confira:

Como está fisicamente?
Estou me sentindo bem. Os fisioterapeutas e preparadores físicos fizeram um grande trabalho comigo. Hoje faço trabalhos de fortalecimento que me ajudam bastante. Estou muito bem e mais confiante para atuar.

Como está a expectativa para essa sequência?
Sempre que o jogador tem uma chance depois de um tempo sem jogar gera uma ansiedade. A ansiedade antes do jogo é normal, é uma ansiedade boa. Mas dentro de campo tudo isso muda, você já se sente mais solto. No jogo passado, estava bastante ansioso antes, mas logo consegui me soltar e fazer oque vinha fazendo nos treinamentos. É seguir assim, tentando melhorar a cada jogo.

Como o Corinthians chega às quartas de final?
Ainda temos esse jogo importante, define a primeira colocação do grupo. Sabemos que vai ser um jogo complicado, o Ituano tem um bom time, vai dificultar bastante. Mas acho que nosso time está focado, sabe o que tem que fazer. O Corinthians vem fazendo uma boa campanha, não só no Paulistão, conseguimos alcançar nossos objetivos na Sul-Americana e na Copa do Brasil. Acho que daqui para frente o time só tem a crescer, estamos demonstrando isso dentro de campo, são nove jogos sem perder. O time está mais confiante, e esperamos seguir assim até o final.

Como é sua relação com o Fagner?
Minha relação com o Fagner é boa. Não só com ele, como com todos os jogadores. Todos se ajudam dentro e fora de campo, e isso é fundamental para o crescimento da equipe.

De quem você é mais próximo nesse elenco? Como foi recepcionado no clube?
Tem alguns jogadores que nos identificamos mais, que no caso são o Richard, André Luis, Gustavo Mosquito, Thiaguinho, Júnior Urso… Mas buscamos estar perto de todo mundo. Somos uma equipe, todos têm um bom relacionamento. Quando cheguei, cheguei super nervoso por estar chegando ao Corinthians, um dos maiores clubes do mundo. Mas os jogadores me acolheram bem, assim como a comissão técnica. Isso ajudou bastante na minha adaptação.

Você já está desde o ano passado no clube. Como tem sido a rotina no Brasil após os oito anos na Europa?
A rotina do Brasil é até que tranquila, sempre faço as mesmas coisas. Casa, treino, treino e casa. Procuro sempre estar centrado no futebol quando estou na temporada. Às vezes vou a um restaurante ou a um shopping, mas prefiro ficar em casa. Minha esposa também prefere ficar em casa e ver um filme. A adaptação à cidade foi tranquila, apesar de chover bastante, que eu não era acostumado. Eu e minha esposa estamos conseguindo tirar de letra. A cidade é muito boa de se morar.
